This privacy policy explains how WMG Technical Installations, part of World Wide Mobility Group, collects and handles personal data through this website and in the course of delivering datacenter installation services. We are based at Schiedamsedijk 126a, 3134 KK Vlaardingen, Netherlands.
What data we collect
We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and deliver a project:
- Contact details you submit through our forms: name, company, email address and telephone number
- Project information you choose to share, such as site location, rack counts or floor plans
- Technical data collected automatically, including IP address, browser type and pages visited
- Cookie data, as described in our cookie policy
Why we use it
We process this data to respond to enquiries and prepare quotations, to plan and deliver installation projects, to meet contractual and legal obligations, and to improve this website. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision making.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent for enquiry forms and non-essential cookies, on the performance of a contract where we are delivering a project, on legal obligation where records must be retained, and on legitimate interest for basic website security and analytics.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are retained for up to two years. Project and contract records are retained for the periods required by Dutch commercial and tax law, generally seven years. Website analytics data is retained for a shorter period as described in our cookie policy.
Who we share it with
We share data only where necessary: with hosting and IT service providers acting on our instructions, with group companies within World Wide Mobility Group where a project requires it, and with authorities where we are legally obliged. Any processor acts under a data processing agreement.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
