Security and Access Control
Services Overview
We install the physical security layer of your facility: access control on doors, cages and cabinets, card and biometric readers, mantraps and airlocks, CCTV coverage with retention, intrusion detection, and the audit logging your compliance regime demands. Everything is integrated so an access event, a camera image and an audit record line up rather than living in three disconnected systems.
Why It Matters
Every cybersecurity control you own is irrelevant if someone can walk up to the rack. Physical access is the shortest path to your data, and it is the first thing an ISO 27001 or SOC 2 auditor examines. Provable, logged, cabinet-level access control is what turns a room full of servers into a facility a client will trust with production.
How It Works
01. Security and compliance assessment
02. Access control and zoning design
03. Reader, lock and mantrap installation
04. CCTV, intrusion and audit logging
05. Integration, testing and handover
We're here to help
Preparing for an audit or securing a new facility? Tell us the site layout and the standard you need to satisfy and we will scope the access control and CCTV.
Layered control: perimeter, building, technical room, cage or suite, and increasingly the individual cabinet. Each layer is logged separately so you can prove who reached which rack and when, which is exactly what an auditor asks for.
Yes. Fingerprint, palm vein and facial readers, usually combined with a card or PIN for two factor entry to high security zones such as the technical space.
An airlock with interlocked doors: the second door will not open until the first has closed and the person has been verified. It prevents tailgating, which is the most common way physical access control is defeated in practice.
Yes. Electronic cabinet locks with individual audit trails, which matters in colocation and any shared environment where several parties have access to the same hall.
Retention is driven by your compliance regime and local privacy law, commonly 30 to 90 days. We size the storage for your required retention and configure it in line with GDPR obligations.
Yes. Physical access control, logging and CCTV are directly assessed under those standards. We install so the evidence is produced automatically rather than assembled by hand before each audit.
